Position: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales activities. Candidates with exposure to the architectural, construction, or interior design industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets.
-Approach and connect with architects, contractors, builders, developers, and interior designers to promote company offerings.
-Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, digital research, and referrals.
-Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
-Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver proposals.
-Support in preparing sales pitches, quotations, and commercial offers.
-Maintain and update client records through CRM or internal tools.
-Build long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
-Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
-Attend site visits, exhibitions, industry events, and architect meetings as needed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any relevant field.
MBA in Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, client coordination, or related roles.
Preferred: Experience or internship in architecture, construction, real estate, or building material industry.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
Basic understanding of construction/architectural processes (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn industry-specific business practices.
