Team: Business Development Executive (BDE) Team + External Digital Marketing Agency
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Marketing Manager who can lead our Business Development Executive (BDE) team, manage digital marketing activities with external agencies, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role requires a mix of team leadership, marketing strategy, digital marketing supervision, and hands-on sales support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Sales Support
Lead, mentor, and monitor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.
Set monthly/quarterly targets and track performance.
Train BDEs on communication, lead qualification, and sales closing techniques.
Support BDEs in closing high-value leads, client meetings, and negotiations.
Guide the team on identifying new market opportunities.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute marketing plans to support sales goals.
Coordinate with the external digital marketing agency for:
Social media content planning
Campaign strategy
Paid advertising management
SEO, website updates, and analytics
Review digital marketing reports and ensure ROI-driven activities.
Create and manage brand positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
3. Lead Generation & Management
Design and oversee online/offline lead-generation strategies.
Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and BDE efforts.
Track lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Identify high-priority leads and assist the team in follow-up and closure.
4. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and key clients.
Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Handle escalations and important client negotiations.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, leads, pipeline, marketing KPIs).
Suggest improvements in sales strategy and marketing execution.
Ensure strong coordination between internal teams and marketing agencies.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not compulsory).
2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies.
Preferred: Background in architecture, construction, real estate, interiors, or building material industry.
Skills & Competencies
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing).
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve performance.
Strong sales acumen and ability to support BDEs in closing deals.
Proactive, creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and market visits.
Familiarity with MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
Professional attitude and strong ownership of tasks.
